Immersion – the company

Formally known as Groups Inc, Immersion was founded in 2003 in Cape Town, South Africa. We have worked with organisations and companies across diverse fields, including the banking, service and retail industries, the agricultural and conservation sectors, government ministries, local government agencies, non-governmental organisations, emergency services, and high performance teams.

Collectively, our staff has more than 30 years of experience in people development and experiential learning. We draw on a wealth of experience in the areas of personal development, corporate training, organisation development, conflict management, community and youth development, wilderness and adventure-based activities. Our staff has worked in numerous countries in Southern Africa, North America, Europe and Scandinavia.
