Paul Le Grange is a skilled development practitioner who specialises in organisational development, team building, personal development and group dynamics. His considerable experience in outdoor education, facilitation, change management and strategic visioning gives him a burning passion for working with individuals and organisations to find creative solutions for resolving simple and complex challenges. By continually developing his own facilitation skills, he gives expression to his passion for investing in people with humour and fun. Warren Conradie
Warren is an inspirational speaker, teambuilding specialist and process facilitator. He is also an executive advisor, consultant and successful businessman. With over 18 years of experience in adventure and experiential learning and people development he has trained people from all-walks-of-life (ranging from youth-at-risk, police hostage negotiation teams, fire & rescue personnel, corporate executives to high performance teams and many more) in the fundamentals of authentic leadership and high impact teams. His phenomenal depth of experience is grounded in work varying from conflict mediation to advanced emergency medical care and fire fighting.
He is a member of a provincial Incident Command Team that assists with coordination of large incidents and disasters. He also manages the “No-Barriers Leadership Foundation” (established with Around Alone single-handed yacht’s man Neal Petersen) to provide leadership training to young people.

Shakes Dlutu
Mzwethemba Dlutu, better known as “Shakes”, is a motivational speaker, youth group facilitator and life line counselor. Thomas Cousins
Thomas’ experience with group facilitation, organisational development, environmental management and social research make him an invaluable member of the Immersion team. With a deep commitment to social transformation and quality relationship, Thomas brings a clarity of vision, sharpness of analysis, and sensitivity to process that makes him an excellent facilitator. He is currently studying for a PhD in Anthropology at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.
